Nicholas Michael, holds an LLB from Lancaster University in the UK, and has been a member of the Cyprus Bar Association since 2019. His expertise lies in EU and offshore licensing applications, advising on regulatory compliance for various entities, including investment firms, funds, electronic e-money/payment institutions, crypto asset service providers, financial leasing companies, and crowdfunding platforms. With a comprehensive understanding of commercial and corporate law, Nicholas focuses on areas such as company formation, governance, restructuring, and franchising. In addition, he is accredited by the International Compliance Association on AML matters and oversees the Compliance Function at our law firm.
